What is the AI Irreplaceability Protocol?
It is a fully automated system that takes your answers to 19 diagnostic questions and generates a personalized, day-by-day AI upskilling plan. The plan includes daily tasks, starter prompts, tool recommendations, milestone markers, and a level progression framework — all calibrated to your specific role, industry, tools, and goals. No generic advice. No video courses. A document built for you.
What makes this different from an AI course or workshop?
Courses teach the same material to everyone. The Protocol is generated from your answers. A data analyst in banking gets a different plan than a school principal or a marketing manager. Every task, every prompt, every milestone reflects your starting point, your tools, and your goals. Two people will never receive the same document.
Do I need technical skills to use this?
No. One of the 19 questions asks about your technical comfort level. If you have never written code, your plan will never ask you to. The language, tools, and complexity are calibrated to where you are. The Protocol is designed for professionals across all backgrounds — including those with no technical experience.
How long does the plan take to complete?
The Standard Protocol is a 30-day plan; the Premium Protocol is 60 days. During intake you choose your daily time commitment (30, 60, or 90 minutes) and the plan adjusts its task density accordingly.
What do I actually get?
A multi-page PDF document and a web-accessible version in your dashboard. The Standard Protocol is 25-30 pages. The Premium Protocol is 40-50 pages. Both include: your AI exposure profile, a day-by-day action plan, starter prompts for the first two weeks, milestone markers, and level progression tracking.
What is the Oracle?
The Oracle is a personalized AI future reading. It analyzes your profile against a curated evidence base of documented AI deployments across 15 sectors, then tells you: which of your specific tasks are most exposed to automation, what your industry timeline looks like, and which of your skills become more valuable — not less. Think of it as an intelligence briefing for your career.
Is the Oracle just a summary of my quiz results?
No. The quiz gives you a score. The Oracle gives you a story. It takes your answers plus four additional questions, cross-references them with sector-specific evidence data, and generates a narrative reading covering your role trajectory, task vulnerability, rising assets, and a 6/12/18-month timeline. It is generated by a frontier AI model using real evidence, not template text.
Do I need the Oracle before buying the Protocol?
No. You can purchase the Protocol directly from the pricing page. However, the Oracle provides context that makes your Protocol more meaningful — it shows you what is coming before the Protocol shows you what to do about it. Most users find the progression natural: score, then understand, then act.
Why is there a paid tier? Most assessments are free.
The quiz and the Oracle reading are free. The Protocol involves real-time AI generation with a frontier model producing a personalized 30-60 day plan — each output costs us to produce. EUR 19 for the Standard Protocol and EUR 39 for Premium reflect the direct cost of generating your personalized plan plus the research infrastructure behind it. There is no subscription. You pay once.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is handled by Stripe. They accept credit cards and debit cards. We do not see or store your payment details.
Is there a refund policy?
Until your document is generated, you can request a full refund. Once generation has completed, the EU withdrawal right lapses (you accept this at checkout), but we still refund technical failures, duplicate purchases, and documents that do not match their description. Refunds are processed through Stripe. If you are unsure, start with the free quiz — it gives you a meaningful result at no cost.
What data do you collect?
Email address, password (stored as a bcrypt hash — we cannot read your password), your answers to up to 19 intake questions, your vulnerability score, purchase records, and generated documents. That is the complete list. No tracking cookies. No third-party ad trackers.
Where is my data stored?
Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) with an EU region location hint. Your data resides on European infrastructure. PDFs are stored on Cloudflare KV (also EU-available).
Who has access to my data?
Three parties process your data: (1) Stripe handles payment — they receive your email and payment information. (2) Our AI provider generates your Oracle and Protocol — your intake answers are sent to their API, which under its commercial terms does not use API inputs for model training by default. (3) Resend sends your transactional emails. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data in any other way.
Can I delete my account and all my data?
Yes. Your dashboard has a "Delete my account" button. On confirmation, your account is marked for deletion. All data — answers, scores, purchases, generated documents — is permanently purged within 30 days. A confirmation email is sent. This is irreversible.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your dashboard includes a data export function that provides all stored data in JSON format.
Do you use cookies?
One functional cookie: your authentication session (httpOnly, secure, no tracking). We use Plausible for analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individual users. The consent banner you see covers one optional thing: storing your anonymous quiz answers to improve the product. It stays off unless you opt in.
How is my Protocol generated?
A frontier AI model generates it through a privacy-protected API whose terms explicitly state that API inputs are not used for model training. Your answers are used only to generate your output, then the API session ends.
How long does generation take?
Generation typically takes 5-10 minutes — you will see live progress while it runs. Your finished document also lands in your dashboard and is emailed to you, so you can safely close the tab. If anything goes wrong, we email you and make it right.
