By using the AI Irreplaceability Protocol platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Service Description
The AI Irreplaceability Protocol provides AI vulnerability assessments, personalized reports, and action protocols. The free tier includes the 7-question assessment. Paid tiers provide additional AI-generated analysis and personalized protocols.
Account Terms
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.
Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All purchases are one-time payments (no subscriptions). Until generation of your personalized document begins, you can request a full refund. Once a document has been generated, the EU 14-day withdrawal right lapses under the waiver you expressly accept at checkout (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)); refunds remain available for technical failures, duplicate purchases, and documents that do not match their description. AI-Generated Content
Oracle reports and Protocol plans are generated by AI based on your inputs. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, AI-generated content should be treated as guidance, not professional career advice. You retain ownership of your personalized outputs.
Limitations
The platform provides educational and analytical tools. It does not guarantee employment outcomes, job security, or specific career results. Individual results depend on many factors beyond the scope of this tool.
Intellectual Property
The methodology, scoring algorithms, and platform design are proprietary. Your personalized reports and protocols are yours to use. You may not redistribute the platform content, methodology documentation, or source code.
